The general objective of the consultancy is:

Design, develop and implement the Management Control System, which is formed by integrating physical components, computer programs and interfaces that operate in a coordinated manner and interact with each other and with the Integrated Risk Management System or other systems, streamlining the control of the flow of people, transportation and goods entering or leaving the country through the border checkpoints at Las Manos, El Espino, El Guauaule, Peña Blanca and San Pancho: Las Manos, El Espino, El Guasaule, Peña Blanca and San Pancho.

The Management Control System must fully comply with the functional and security scheme defined in the technical annexes established for this consultancy and must be designed to allow the necessary scalability in the future to interconnect with other points of entry and exit of Nicaragua.
